Sydney Bookings: Your $250.00 deposit is not refundable if you do not show up, cancel, or reschedule. The $250.00 is refundable if Daniel is unwell and unable to read for you on the day.

Appointments cannot be changed once booked/confirmed.
If you are any more than 15 minutes late your reading will not go ahead and you will lose your deposit.
Refunds are not available for services offered, including Readings, Events, Show Tickets & Courses.
Any refund requests are at the discretion of Daniel Hawken management.
